Limited account - WHERE Do I send more info ?

    Hi All,

    I have limited access, like most of you. Congrats to those who got their limit lifted. How do I do it ? I read lots of threads and looked at various responses. I saw a place where email id's were provided - I emailed them and got an auto response that they do not accept emails :( In resolution center, steps to resolve are already completed as I had given details of 1 id, but now they are asking info for 30 more ids. I have scanned my photo id's etc.. but WHERE do I send all this to them ?????? Can anyone help me pls.......

    There must be an option to upload in the resolution center. Just upload your scanned photo id and then wait for few hours, your a/c will be restored.

    Hi - No there is no option to upload there. They had 1 option earlier but I used it up to give details of ONE transaction which was questioned - now they need details for 30 id's and it says 'completed' in resolution center, where I could have uploaded details earlier.. what to do ?

    Don't worry, If you need immediate help then better call them up through skype on their toll free numbers, otherwise simply send them email and tell them the resolution steps are NOW completed, but a/c is still limited and ask them why is it so? If their is another issue then they automatically tell you other steps.

    I have their number - 18882211161 - how do i call them from skype ? If I press call option it calls the first person on my skype list.

    Its not like that, simply enter the number in skype and press call button!! Their toll free number is 1-888-221-1161 and to bypass robot, tell the magic word 'Agent' and then you connected to real person.

    no, there is not need for skype credit.
    I am able to call them without skype credit and now here is the update from me.

    I too got my account limited but i recieved a mail saying that:

    wow so they are saying you can withdraw but not do anything else..strange.. did you send them any docs ?

    yes, I did send them some docs about the proof of address, but I guess, they have not checked it yet, because its just 3 hours before I did that.

    The message which comes when I open my paypal account is:

    So, now I am able to withdraw, but I cannot withdraw my bank accounts which were attached previously.

    Hey there,

    I had the same issue. I called the PP call center and even the guy who spoke had no clue on why the resolve button is not enabled. So he told me to fax all the details with my paypal email address to this number 14025375775 which I did. And now I am waiting for their response.

    You can do the same or call them and get the details on what has to be done

    Just After paypal withdrawal issue resolved, my account was limited asking for the detail of my transaction for $288...i submitted it the same day and next day they came with details for 4 more transactions for January...

    I submitted my photo id and 4 invoices and and details. As soon as i submitted all they resumed my account and sent me back refund fees too...it was all in seconds...

    if the case was anyhow related to resolution center they should have taken more working days to resolve...i think it was all to prevent the BANK RUN...

    i sent money back to my friend and he sent me back via western union through money in minutes and now its safe in bank account...

    My paypal account is completely open now...
