Hello All, I have a problem and I really dont know how to fix it.Maybe some of our friends had this crappy paypal problem and suggest something for me... Yesterday I had a 400$ payment from my costumer which I sold a PR7 link. After 2 hours later my Paypal account limited. Reason :" We need some more information about some of your recent sales." I clicked to resolution center to recover my account and they wrote that need to see my invoices."Provide Invoices".The first think I have a Primer account and I dont have a company also if I have a company i'll open a business account.I added screenshots for our business pm's wp-admin sreenshots etc... After a while Paypal wrote me that my account is permanently closed. What a crappy business is that ?! Nevermind my problem is about something else. I want to give full refund to my costumer to use an other payment medhot. But , What can't I do while my account is limited? send money withdraw money from your account receive or request money close your account add money to your account add or remove a card add or remove a bank account send refunds I saw that limited accounts cant send any refunds. So I told my costumer to open a dispute. After he opened still I have no refund button anywere. How can I refund the payment to my costumer ? Does anyone have the same problem ? Thanks for your interested. Regards, NRG
Wow, that was harsh by PayPal. Have you considered calling them up and explaining the problem? I never knew PayPal would require invoices, now this scares me because PayPal is my main payment processor.
Yes , Paypal is main payment agent for every webmaster unfortunately :/ I called them and they said me that they cant re-consider about my account.Paypal is broke up with you.Sorry about this issue. What a crappy site is that ?!?
You doomed for life and you can't let that happen! Call them again and talk to a supervisor. I recall a thread on DP explaining exactly what to do to get your account reinstated, I just can't find the thread URL. Edit: Here it is http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1877781
Suppose my client sends me the entire cash in advance, how do I invoice them? Any positive feedback appreciated.
Nowadays I open a new PayPal and I'm accepting payments only using "send an invoice" section. I think thats the trick point...
