Hi, My account got limited asking for more inf about transactions and invoices etc. I called paypal and they told me to upload my identity proof, address proof etc in the invoice section of the resolution center. I uploaded everything and still it shows 'resolve' status instead of 'completed' status. What to do? How long it will take them to review my documents?
If you have already submitted all required documents then just call them and let them know of this for quick response. DON.
If the limitation was due to a transaction... I wonder why they just asked for identity supporting documents and not transaction supporting evidence? Anyways... do wait a bit and see if things get resolved.... or else you would need to call them again, to remind them of your 'action taken' stance and do convey your urgency for early resolution of the problem... thereafter! Call Paypal and tell them that u have uploaded documents,to review them and your Paypal account will be restored.
You have already submitted all documents now u shud call them via skype so if ur ac is under review they will do that quickly or if there will any problem they will let u know. Fastest way is to call them.
