Limited Account (Can I use maxemail.com to fax documents?)

    My account is limited. I am ready to fax the stuff. But I have some questions.


    1. I am under age so is photo ID essential
    2. I can send a bank statement to confirm address, is this fine?
    3. Can I use www.maxemail.com to fax the documents - will it put cover page on too?
    4. Anything else I should know?

    Are you talking about Paypal?

    If yes, don't do it at all. You can lose alot of money, if they find out you are under-age
