Small problems here with my Paypal since they have freezed my account. Issue has almost been solved, but now they asked me to provide proof of shipping for a few items, but the problem is that I cannot provide any proof of shipping, simple because I was offering services.

The purchased script can be downloaded instantly. Also I have sold a website which is basically a services as well ans has no physical items to send.

How can I solve this issue because I need to get my account restored asap again?

You need to call them and see if there is anything else you can provide them in replacement of proof of shipping. If there isn't, don't process any more through that paypal account. Worst case, you're looking at 6 months before you get your money back.

Thanks for your reply. Well, I can give it a try, but actually I do not care of the funds in the Paypal account, but I do care about the account itself because I need to receive payments for my products I am selling daily..

    So I guess I'm toast?

    Kind of yeah
PayPal would keep on asking for shipping proof and they won't remove the limits until you do that and you've no way to provide a shipping proof. Your only chance is to call them and tell them that you provided services and there was nothing physical in any deal so how could you provide a shipping proof. Call them up (don't hesitate, People at their international support department are J***s :D) and let us know what they say.

Next time when you sell, use the Paypal Invoicing System and that should take care of the issue.

Otherwise tell them it is a virtual product. Worst come to worst, just refund those payments.

Update: I've called them and I've explained him about the issue and he will make some notes that my product is virtual and not physical, so it's never possible for me to provide proof of shipping.

I am curious what will happen now..
