Limited Account Access Appeal Denied

I agreed that paypal aren't cooperative. When they asked for the documents, I scanned all then send it to them as soon as I can. I've been doing whatever they asked me to do but still no one from them giving attention to my problem. I am not a rich guy who would throw away my money. More or less I have $1000 frozen funds which I really worked hard to earn.

 

If your appeal has been declined now , you will have to wait for at least 6 months from the limitation of your account and then you would be able to withdraw the money..
