    on same day in a time difference of 30 mins, i got 2 payment of 785 and 485$

    You have to provide them documents which they want you to submit them through fax or upload option.

    Maybe you have any issue with above email owner (buyer or seller). Have you got any payment from above email address ?

    Give them a phone call for quick sort out of this issue.

    The word "Resolve" should be a link that leads to more information about what you need to do to fix the issue.

    If you don't want to do that, you can call PayPal and talk to someone about it:

    You will have to provide the documents they ask for to get your account unlimited.

    Maybe, especially if they came from unverified accounds. The bits about "Provide Invoices", "Resolve complaints", "Provide proof of delivery" make it sound like someone disputed a payment they made to you.

    But why are you here speculating? Call them and find out what you can do to resolve the issue.
