Check out Affiliate Guide. I would say that the whole list is there and the best part is that all the programs are categorized.
Have you looked through some of the affiliate directories? There's one in my sig. I don't think many sites would rank affiliate programs from best to worse though as it all depends on the affiliates there selves on how they work with each program to determine how good they really are.
