Likes that don't count

    So i asked some of my friends to like my new page , then i notice the like are not getting added to my total likes some was added then fell off
    anyone experience this?

    It is weird. They should be added to your page, if they are real ones and fall off.

    They may like you page not as real persons but as their pages - it is possible, but it doesn't make the counter go up. It has to be a personal FB account to get counted. Other option is that you buy FB likes - some people click 'like' to earn points, cons etc. but then unlikes the page for some reasons. Not very fair but true...

    When someone "Likes" your page, it almost instantly gets increased by that one Like, every time. The problem is, let's say you have 500 Likes and don't do any marketing to increase that number, you will notice that after 1-2 weeks, your 500 Likes will decrease. This is because people have the ability to "Unlike" your page at any time, and many will do this. To ensure your Likes are constantly increasing, it's important to continuously market your fanpage/post/photo/website so that a constant flow of Likes continue to come in.
    It's also important to get Likes from real people because I have seen it happen 2x now where Facebook does an assessment of fanpages and instantly eliminates all of the fake accounts. Since they are a publicly traded company, it's their responsibility to maintain the integrity of their network.
