Likes - I have 159 and still can't post in Buy sell

    My profiles shows I have 159 likes and still I'm not able to Post in Buy/Sell forum.. is there any thing I'm doing wrong? or a bug in new software?

    Create a new thread button was not visible. I think it's solved now because Yesterday was the first day I logged in after the migration to new software.
