First up, It is good that you are not just seeking a free host, but it doesnt help that you havnt listed any sort of budget.
In addition to what you are currently seeking may I suggest you add in extra requirements.

Firstly, I recommend that you avoid any host that provides unlimited. You know they dont have an unlimited hard drive, which means, they would have some secret limit, be it 500mb, or 1gb, or even 10gb at which stage your account will likely be terminated. I have met so many companies in the last 2 or so years, and many have confessed to me that they had a secret limit.

Lets avoid anyone with unlimited bandwidth. You dont want that, neither do you need that. What you need is a host that has realistic limits. If the host has realistic limits, then most likely it will be more stable and more reliable service. You dont want to throw your site in the deepend, fighting for a slice of the unlimited bandwidth -> and 2 years ago, this was why I had to get my sites away from hostgator, because the server was so overloaded, my sites with no traffic struggled to load at all.

One thing you should look for, is a host that has cloud linux installed. This helps reduce (not eliminate) potential overloads on a server. Quite simply, in a normal hosting environment, any site on the server could use more resources then they should be, which steals resources away from your site. In fact almost every site will eventually outgrow shared hosting, and there will be a time when it begins to draw too much resources which will possibly impact on the other sites running on the server.
A quality host with cloudlinux installed slows down the resource heavy sites, and reduces the impact that it can have on the running of your site. (this is great for you, but bad for the abusers / resource heavy sites). By using a host that has cloud linux, you will have a more stable, and better hosting experience.
