    I will have a webpage, and we can place a counter (I like to use statcounter) in the page.
    So I pay you on daily (if lots) or weekly, based on China(mainland) unique IP per day.
    (so you can use script that only frame my page when IP is right)

    I need to increase Alexa rank in China. So iframe is fine, and no frame-break codes inside.

    Let me know if you can do $0.5 per 1K unique IP daily.
