Like I said already...about my PIN Address on my Id card = ABC Address I gave Google = DEF Where I live now = GHI If I don't receive my Pin...What I can do is that I can of course change my address after logging into my Adsense Account and this time. I'll give the address that I have on my ID card..... Is it possible like if I tell them that It's pretty hard to receive a MAIL here in [Pakistan] May be then I can send them a copy of my ID card with the same address ! Sounds good? or they are still going to send the PIN 3 times first
Umar! i also suffered with same kind of Issue of Pin they had sent about 3-4 times PIN but due to uncertain problems Address not verified. At last Western Union also introduced in Pakistan you can ask them to use this service it's free and please contact them to support they will definitely reply to you and solve this problem! They seem to be friendly and supportive!

Your brother name can be used as for Payee Name & Contact Name and also clear the Tax Information as it make hurdle for any new adsense account
Nothing! it doesn't matter for non US citizen it's just verification of TAX PAYEE You can select that option select all option as NO and in the end write your full name as Signature
