Like google bing have some rank things or not ?

 

I don't think that Bing currently tells website owners what their algorithm is, although i'm sure that in the futurethis will change

 

all search engines have some sort of ranking algorithm that they use to rank sites.

 

Might be, but I think it might be not so important these days. It is said that Google is under developing new system to evaluate sites in replacing current PR system.

Did you mean Bing has some correlation in ranking factor like Google? If so, then I do think the same. I have observed Bing lately and found their algorithm has been updated to almost like Google, even the way they looking at backlinks. However, the one thing that Bing never matched with Google is indexation speed. You could get your page being indexed almost instantly in Google but not similar in Bing.

 

bing search engine have their sort of ranking arithmetic, but the unqie content is also very important..

 

may be bing believe on unique quality content and good quality backlinks
