i am wondering if their is a system that is like where users can upload videos but instead of uploading them they just embed the youtube url and if they watch it off the site it is counted as a view on youtube, like how some sites play their youtube videos off their site. Instead users can submit the videos themselves. I know of phpmotion and php-nuke but not shore if they have this feature.
