Lijit not replying to my queries

I just joined Lijit fifteen days back. Firstly my fill rate is too low(<4%) and when I tried to reach them through e-mail I haven't received any reply. I have send them 3-4 mails but still no answer. Is lijit for real or is it a scam???? has anyone experienced something like this.??

 

I don't think they are scam though not all network reply emails if getting proper support is your priority then check edomz has excellent support

Ideally every network/business is a scam if they don't respond to their users/partners/ customer's requests. Lijit is also not legit I guess

 

just didn't like the eCPM rates and there are lot of negative reviews about cpm goes down after few weeks. if you Google.

No, Lijit is not scam, I am getting regular, on time payments every month from them, from more than 1 year already. They are just not offering a very good support, that's it. I applied for support just a few times, and I got answers for 80% of my tickets. I don't mind for the support, as long as they are sending on time payments
And an other thing good to know about Lijit: the ad optimization process is longer here than in other networks, so the ecpm is growing much slowly than usually it takes on other networks. But the ecpm and the earnings will grow, if you're patient and don't remove their ads

 

You're satisfied because you're getting your payment on time, but what if you at some point find discrepancies in your stats and amount you receive and then don't hear back from them, wouldn't it be frustrated for you?

and I said in my previous comment that any company which doesn't provide proper support is not reliable, it can screw you anytime (time will tell), and this has generally noticed that such things sometimes results in a huge scam, which you're not bothered about at this point of time.

 

I really did not get what is there to argue, not every network work same for everyone and its your choice if its not working good for you then just move on to another one

by the way did you check edomz offering cpc add, this may work for you since support is one the thing everyone want to have excellent which they have for sure
