    Why does my proxy always get a 500 internal error , just the proxy not other accounts , when i restart its fine.

    I guess there's some messy code in the proxy script. Which script do you use? any mods ?

    I just found you're having the vps with vpsbyte ;)

    I am using php proxy and it only happens after lots of usage.

    I think i have fixed it by turning fast php off.

    You mean php-fastcgi ?

    Also, your maximum allowed process count may be the factor too.
