There's probably not too many people who enjoy such things.... however it's one of the easiest ways for governments to get sympathy for more control over the Internet like censorship and national internet filters.

Child porn is probably one of the few things that everyone agrees is wrong, so it's the perfect "tool" to further a draconian and Orwellian agenda.
