1. Believe it or not, the duration is until the day HastyHost closes.
2. Right now you have the highest plan, so there isn't really any upgrades left. But, if we do addon other services, there will probably only be a small fee, one time fee, and it depends on what service that is. This offer is only good for web hosting. We are soon to get reseller hosting added, so if you upgraded to that, this deal would in no way be connected to that. Just an example.
3. As of now, since we are on a shared server, we can not offer dedicated IP's per individual. Sorry about that.
4. Yes, I will keep a record on file, as well as a personal note, just send me an email or PM me here, and I'll surely set you up whenever is best for you.

In all, I try to work with my clients the best way possible, and give the best support.
