People running a buisness, and they get banned, then their whole life can be over eh?? Im not in that boat yet but here as some questions I'd love answered. Each site I put ads on, do I need to report this to google? Does Google need to accept it? They've accepted my main site as part of the sign up process. If I use adwords to drive traffic to a site with an adsense add slapped on it, is this legal? You guys know if putting Raquos near your ad sense is illegal? Finally, if somoenes to run a buisness on adsense, and does it for 2 years then google bans them outa nowhere for a small mistake like resizing an add accidently, will google not let them have a second chance or anything? thanks
You don't have to report but you still gotta be carefull if the site you're putting adsense complies with TOS... About the adwords, it's pretty legal i guess... Try to follow the rules and you'll never need a second chance
But anytime you are doubtful, you can just mail them ur url and get it verified by them, asking whether everything is ok.
If your life is over because you got banned in AdSense then you had a pretty pathetic life being THAT dependant on a 3d party. No, you don't have to report other sites you add AdSense to but like has been said, they DO have to comply with the TOS (which you did read and even study because you are pretty careful, paranoid even). If you behave and you make a small mistake I'm sure they well forget about it. If it's due to blatant ignorance towards the almighty TOS, you can expect to be booted out. Don't rely solely on AdSense if you want to live stress-free. Print off the TOS and highlight all bits you don't understand, then look them up, study those points. Tick off all the other points for every site you want in there. Study the damn TOS for a day if you're that scared. A 5 minute job + questions here isn't good enough if you think it will make up that much a part of your life. And please, when are people going to stop asked whether it's legal? The government / law enforcement agencies have nothing to do with it (unless you are asking about click fraud) so don't mention the word LEGAL. Ask whether it is within the terms and conditions of Google's AdSense program or just 'TOS' for short. But such a question is already answered by that TOS and their extensive Knowledge Base. Get a grip.
