Matt had a video last week about a day in the life of a web spam analyst... Funny.. We enjoyed that.. Ok Why don't you guys share your personal experiences about life of an SEO?
Just recently watched this video: http://moz.com/blog/earn-higher-ran...utm_campaign=Feed:+seomoz+(SEOmoz+Daily+Blog) I truly enjoyed watching it, but it left me hanging in the air, because it almost seems like that even real, professional SEO experts are uncertain about where the whole SEO thing is going. Obviously, the old stuff doesn't work anymore. What type of SEO may or will work steadily now or in the future nobody really knows yet.
Login to facebook... Scroll up and down.... Decides to do some work.... Slowly takes Google first... Search for keywords... Says hi to client sites ranking somewhere around... Feels happy the haven't yet lost their ranking.... Facebook again . . . . Feel bored.... Start searching for High PR ###### site list 2014 ..... Do some submissions.... Login to Digital point and starts the acting of an SEO Expert by misleading all other SEOs around here !!!!
Want me to make a video of a day in my life as an internet marketer? You will be laughing your balls off or crying,
If they are all so easily mislead, then are they really SEO experts at all? And if you are the one misleading them then are you the one they should be emulating?
Get up 1- Check for responses to mail bomb spam campaigns that ran that night 2-Lower "fist page of google prices" 3- Recycle all proxies that have been banned and blacklisted the night before 4- Log into DP and look for new members that are confused 5- Throw away DP banned acct, Create new DP acct on proxy, build post count with the usual copy paste list "great post" "thanks very informative" 6- Start new thread on DP with some copy paste SEO advice, message all other SEO guys that respond with copy paste posts trying to build post count 7- Time for bed, Sometimes I feel like I am running in circles especially when I message people and realize they were my old acct that was banned last week.
