Welcome to my party! Friend, frankly speaking you just can't do anything. The same goes with me and I also think the same but you got to have evidence before you take any initiative. May be what we are assuming is not the case or may be it is the case. The final outcome is always bad for the partner who is doing it because someday or the other they get caught and then they don't have anything to answer. So don't take it too much on your mind and try to focus and concentrate on your business.
