License Help?

I'm looking to release a free script, but I still want a few things:


1. It will be free, but I don't want others re-distrubuting the script.

2. I would prefer them to keep the powered by link, but for a small fee it could be removed.

3. I still want to keep full copyright and ownership of the script.


What would be the most suitable free license to release this script with?

Perhaps one under the Creative Commons, www.creativecommons.org/license
