The Libya national assembly voted to make sharia the basis of all legislation and for state institutions. It will impact all the laws including criminal law. If bin laden was alive, I am sure he would personally thank the USA for killing Ghaddafi and turning the clock back on Libyan people which forces them to live in the dark ages and for establishing another Islamic dictatorship in the region.
