There is one big reason to block Blogger -- porn blogs. A library is visited by all kinds of people including children. No one should have to be subject to sites that feature porn.

No. Even then, language is an issue with some libraries. Therefore, the library board probably decided to make certain that it is all curtailed -- saves them a lot of headaches, I guess.
