    Do you used Liberty Reserve before?
    What do you think about it?
    I think it good. No chagreback and refund :) Safe for seller.

    You will want to know that you will have to exchange your LR money with some exchanger who takes an additional percentage of your money, I have seen up to 5% and even more, this payment processor is more like an option if you for any reason can't use PayPal, Moneybookers, Alertpay etc. that may be because of your business activity or other gray area's.

    In general they are a reliable and stable company since 2006 used by thousands each day.

    Yes, adding funds to my LR is the major hurdle I decided not to use it. The fees and charges associated with adding funds are rather high.

    I wouldn't say so. Go to LR exchangers directory http://www.lrexchange.com/ and choose the one that would work for you. Like, for example, eForexGold has local bank account in your country.

    We can not transfer money directly from Paypal to libertyreserve. We need to have some exchangers. They can send money via LibertyReserve to LR and we can pay them into PP money.
