Does Liberty Reserve limit accounts like PayPal does? Sometimes PayPal will limit accounts and ask for verification and verify your identify. Does liberty reserve do this as well? If I send money into my LR account can I feel assured that they will not close my account or limit the account?
Yes LR will do this as well but the probability is lower than PP. And i don't see any reason why LR want to limited your account if your transaction is clean.
I use only PAYPAL and no idea about Liberty Reserve Account. I use PAYPAL since last two years and it is good working for me.
your liberty account will be blacklisted...and everyone can search the account number and see that you are a scammer...but the funds won't reverse..and you can easily open up another liberty reserve account...with same information and same ip....i wouldn't recommend it...but it is not like paypal...paypal is a 3rd party payment processor...liberty reserve is an ecurrency....you can't buy liberty reserve directly from liberty reserve...you have to go through an exchanger...in any case...liberty reserve is many ways like egold...only more secure and offshore
