Yeah I think so.. E-gold will never be what it was .a 100% annonymus payment processor. They'll have to comply with US laws so will ask users to send photo ID + utility bill .

Sure it will . LibretyReserve is good company and their support is great They will become a great payment processor .

 

It won´t (I mean e-gold won´t be back "strong" like before 2 years or so)! LR is used much more for a long time now and proofed theirself ABSOLUTELY reliable so there is no reason why anyone should go back to e-gold later, always thinking their money could loose it´s value again like now

 

I call all these egold,LR,ebulliton and any other ecurrency as "currency of scammers"

Why? You can call PP then "payment processor of scammers" (the buyers)

Yes no protection to buyers,where is PP gives protection for physical items.

 

Any one will choose the payment that suits him,

PayPal is great from scamming digital goods sellers
and EG, LR ... are good for scaming buyers...

At present, the major problem with e-gold is not its cases, but the fact that since January or February 2008 several e-gold accounts have been randomly deleted shortly after receiving payment.

When a user makes a complaint to E-gold Ltd., they simply reply by saying that the account has been permanently blocked, and that they have right to refuse service, with or without cause.

Several e-gold users have lost funds this way, from small amounts like $5 to large amounts like $7000!

E-gold Ltd. has refused to address this issue, or say whether they also have right to permanently confiscate funds.

 

LR is better than Egold, I would say, take over or not, depends after the EG case is over.

 

Liberty Reserve it is swindlers.
They have blocked $12600 on my account.
I have not received any explanations, any answer to my inquiries.

 

Well there are many rumours against EGOLD but nothing is wrong now as they got only financial punishment for money laundering charges in US. Now you can transact with EGOLD same as before. This was proved when i asked a guy regarding exchange some egold and give paypal he said he will give 10$ in paypal for 100 $ egold,

then i asked him that i want some egold $100 , then i asked him the price, he said $ 105. strange

This proves that few ppl are making huge egold balance at there account by purchasing it at lowcost by spreading this rumour

 

I've lost 20K+, block my account without any reason, although the money come from HYIP and autosurf ...

 

Oh my god, it is a nightmare.

Just wondering why that happened
