You will be unable to send and receive funds until your account has been activated. Sincerely, Liberty Reserve Customer Service It seemed that someone is trying to access my Liberty Reserve account. I wonder how could I know who was the fella who did it? And what can I do in order to prevent such an occurrence from happening again?
It seems like a fake email to me (phising). So all you have to do is login to your liberty reserve account , NOT via the link that they send you but directly by your browser and see if is true that you have your account blocked. If your account was blocked you must contact liberty reserve . I hope that was helpful for you.

No. LR dont block accounts, that is a hacker e-mail. if you go via that url, your password will be in risk.
As the other said they do not block accounts.. The only thing can happen is to suspend the login for 24h if you fail to enter your password or PIN for like 4 or 5 times in a row
