liberty reserve is genuine or fraud?

    hello friends,

    i want to know whether liberty reserve paying the money genuine to all its users, in lots of articles, they told that they are not paying properly.

    is it?

    AFAIK,LR is payment processor not any HYIP scheme.
    LR is used same with PP used.

    Well Lr is a payment processor , it doesn't pay you , in fact there is no direct way to withdraw , you have to remove your money with online exchangers.

    You cannot do that as its against paypal's tos though you can do it with your friend secretly if he wants to do it.

    There are some transferers who do it though.. but this is not allowed here in dp .. search google beware there are some scammer exchangers
