You're right.. all that crap is poison to the body and mind.

I was the exact opposite.. meat and potatos kinda guy. I've never eaten a salad in my life... and I like very few fruits/veggies. Now I'm eatting very little processed foods and trying to eat natural.. i enjoy it and i feel 100x better than I used to.

Agree, I think this is the way to go. Nutritionally, it isn't meat, carbs, etc., per se, but all the crap that poses as food in processed garbage - butter that poses as butter, sugar that poses as sugar, oil that poses as oil, etc.

I eat game, beyond philosophical reasons, because it tastes great, and is healthy as hell. Lean, well-balanced forage.

Well being healthy and feeling better isn't my only motivation.. I'm also trying to gain some (lean muscle) weight ... the right way.

I noticed your in Arizona as well. If you haven't already, you should check out Whole Foods Market, Henry's and Sprouts. They are all great grocery stores to get healthy food at. Some things are kind of pricey, but I do pretty well by not buying any food that is pre-prepared. I'll mostly just get things like veggy's, fruits, grains and nuts. :)

We have Whole Foods here in Denver and that place stinks.

I mean that literally. It smells bad. Every time I walk in I am nauseated by the stench of rotting food.

It really makes me appreciate preservatives.

I think its just the hippies that live there. They are the smelly ones. May not (necessarily) be the food. Hippies stashing their pot in the lettuce and all.

I agree 100%. It's all that processed non-food garbage that is really bad for you. Someone told me that the main ingredient in "chicken Mcnuggets" is corn. In most processed foods, I think there main objective is to make it as cheap as possible. :)

    Hey you asked for guesses!

    My inputs were:
    • You are extremely idealistic. This is common until people turn 18.
    • You live at home with your parents. This is common until people turn 18.
    • Your English skills are relatively good. This puts you on the high end of your teen years.

hahahaha nice analysis there mate. You're right, I turn 18 in 2 months. But, about the idealism, I'm gonna cling to it for as long as I can; at the moment it's a firm political element for me.

    P.S. What's this.. I had 31 rep points, now I only have 26 :confused::(

I was right on the first guess. :)

    There's a relevant quote here...
Any man who is under 30, and is not a liberal, has no heart; and any man who is over 30, and is not a conservative, has no brains. -- Winston Churchill
It's probably not correctly attributed, as it is a rewording of two earlier French quotes.

Someone doesn't like you. Click "User CP" to see what post got you dinged and what comment they left for you. The last two red comments I received were "racist" and "bigot."

Rep is just a fun little game. It's really meaningless. Don't let it bother you.

Cool, thanks for telling me how to check my rep. It seems I received 2 red reps... that really make no sense. One comment was "Right back at ya" .. right.. the thread was one I made announcing a search engine I made  Heh, some people are strange.

That probably means they thought that you red repped them.

See, it's a fun game that anyone can play. :D
