    It is not developed. But You see its a 5 letter domain ! FILL is quite a common and attractive word.

    So LFILL sums it up..

    Developed means it has an actual site on it. If it was IFILL then that would make sense, this doesn't really appeal to me. At best I would say low $xx undeveloped.
