Buying LF Domains - $10,000 budget

    I'm looking for two kinds of domains:

    1. Domains that make $20 or more per month on auto pilot.

    2. A domain that can be used to compete with men's buyer guides such as acquire, and uncrate. It must be a dot com, it must be pronounceable, it must be one word, and I prefer no more than 7 letters. 4-6 letters is better. To give an example of what I'm looking for, I recently tried to purchase Stash.com with no luck.
