LF DMOZ Moderator for Aion THe Tower of Eternity category

    Hi folks,
    I have submitted my website (http://www.aionglobal.com - Official Fansite of Aion The Tower of Eternity) around 4 month into DMOZ to a most relevant category, but i fill it's just the same as shouting in the forest :( And I am wondering if there is any DMOZ editor here to help me get listed . Recently DMOZ opend a new category specially dedicated for Aion The Tower of Eternity game ( the right category for my website ) and I would be glad if some editor could give me a hand and help me get listed in a proper category [ http://www.dmoz.org/Games/Video_Games/Roleplaying/Massive_Multiplayer_Online/Aion_-_Tower_of_Eternity/ ]
    It would even be nice if someone could provide contact emails of game related editors.

    You sure it's the official one? *shrug* I've never really heard of the game, so I guess it does not matter.

    Though, let me get this straight. You submitted it 4 months ago, and in that time they have created a category that is more suited to your site? If that is the case, there should be no real harm in re-submitting it once more to the better category. Then again, you could just leave well enough alone, and when an editor finds your current submission, they will likely bump it over to the correct category.

    In the mean time, I suggest promoting your site by other means...

    If you offered your site to the wrong category, just submit to the new one.

    Apart from that, you will just have to wait, sorry there is no shortcut to getting listed, contacting editors will not cut any ice and don't even think about offering any money, that just gets you blacklisted for ever, but I am sure you wouldn't do that anyway and please don't keep submitting because that just puts you to the bottom of the queue.

    You will do as much as you can if you offer to the correct category, promote your site elsewhere and one day you might find you are listed, that will be a nice surprise.
