Buying LF: Android or Kotlin Developer to code a UI (4 pages)

    I am looking for Android/Kotlin Developer to code the UI only.
    The UI will be provided by my client. The app UI is similar to "bed booking" or "room booking" android app but limited to 4 pages only.

    The UI(4 pages) is very similar to bed-booking or room-booking.

    Apart from the ludicrous budget, why won't they consider other tech like react native or flutter?

    only kotlin was the chosen language by my client.

    they just need only to code the 4 pages of UI (calendar, add room, book and a sliding menu)
