My main purpose for selling all this is for investment funds in my other projects and to completely free up my time away from the other sites.....

I just want to walk away from all of them and focus on the others.....
My other sites are doing extreamly well, and it is time to get serious on them or I will risk everything.

Looking at seekon.info I don't see why it's another $20K for the package. What am I missing here. PR5 <300 indexed pages. Looks like an everyday directory. Is it a really high traffic site or something? No offense, I just know there's something I'm missing.

 

Your not missing anything.... It just makes alot of revenue..... About x,xxx month - That's why if that site is with the deal, it dramatically changes the price of things....
