Finally utilizing the letter function in Optigold however it prints all text on one page (which is perfect) however a second page prints which is blank. Ideally it should not print the second blank page.

Have changed fonts to a smaller size thinking that might be the problem but appears not to help. Any ideas are welcomed..thankyou!

Do you have any invisible trailing carriage returns in your letter? Also, is the letter close to the end of the first page?

    Q)Invisible trailing carriage returns?
    A) No

Q)Also, is the letter close to the end of the first page?
    A) Not really. In printed copy there is two inches to the bottom of the page.

I have changed fonts to size 10 from default of 12 however still appears to not help. Any other recco's?

The font size won't affect it because formatting cannot be used in the letters. Try shortening the letter to a single line (just to test) and see if it still gives the blank page or not...

Shortened the letter and made it work thanks!

Q)How many characters are available in a letter till it spills over to another page?

    Thanks again.

It really depends on the printer, and the margins it has. If you happen to hit the very last line on the first page, the print driver might roll over some white space to the second page.
