Letter Head Content ASAP. $10 Paypal

i need this ASAP
the first one that looks ok will get it
you have to put this on a word doc as a letter head and leave space for the address, phone number and email..and show me where to put in address, phone number and email

the website is www.yahsomideh.com
on teh site there is a logo with the words Yahso Mideh .com and a face
I just want the Yahsomideh part of it in black and white
i dont have the psd or anthing
but i want that image in black and white

the name of the company is Yahsomideh Entertainment Inc

so i want the image from the site "Yahso Mideh" followed by text "Entertainment Inc"

an appropraite font that flows
and i need it on a letter head
please
i need this ASAP

make it look like a nice letter head
i prefer black and whit ebecause it looks more professional but if you go a good one in color thats fine too

can u make it like a light grey background?
also, forget the text on the right
make it some llight colors and sharp
i think iwill go with that
