I have posted a thread earlier about wanting to purchase websites. Here are the kind of websites I am really interested in and the Amount I would like to purchase.

I want established websites that are making atleast 50.00/month for some sites like membership sites they need to be making more money a month.
If adsense 50.00/month or more
If affiliate 100.00/month or more
if cpm 50.00/month or more
if link sales, 300.00/month or more << I dont like to take much time handling people who want to buy links. I do alot of stuff.

Sites need to be .com unless its an amazing site then i will except .net

I would like High Traffic, The wallpaper site must have mostly search engine traffic. If the Wall Paper site is unique That will be Great. The website must be older then 1 year.

Anything with Cell phones making money off of CPA if the site is making money off of ringtones and it deals in ringtones that is what I would like. I do request money off of search engines and not advertising campaigns. No cloaked sites what so ever I can do that myself and I do.

I will be purchasing Freebie Sites the get payed or get free to do surveys and affiliate offers. I would it to be making good money. The site needs to be established, and new registrations every day.

Forum Network
I am buying forums of All types except adult (XXX) forums. I do not want adult oriented material on the forum I'm buying in all other niches tho. Forum needs to be atleast 1 year old. The forum needs to have alot of active members new registrations every day Blackhat Spammers do not count for new registrations. I am also allowing forum hosting

I am purchasing proxy sites that are getting search engine traffic. Also returning visitors. I do not care about proxy top sites if they site is getting traffic from search engines so I know there will always be new people coming. It is all good.

I am purchasing myspace resource sites that are getting search engine traffic as well as myspace traffic. I do care more about search engine traffic.

I am purchasing Arcade Sites they need to have a nice member base. I need to know of any advertising that you have done Period. The site needs to have search engine traffic natural. The site needs to be Established.

I am buying file sharing and image hosting. Must have natural search engine traffic. Must have a nice member base. Must have people registering every day and uploading.

I am purchasing blogs, I do not do tv shows, because they will die over time. I do want blogs about certain things tho that are established with a large base of commenters (SPAM) does not count as a comment. Must have search engine traffic and returning readers.

Im purchasing membership sites of some kind this can be forums, downloads, almost anything as long as the members are paying to be a member there. (AGAIN) No adult oriented Material. I will allow hosting companies as well.

I am purchasing celebrity websites, these websites need search engine traffic and alot. I do not really care about returning visitors on these sites. It is a bonus tho. The websites can be individual celebrities, certain group of celebrities, or a large base of alot of celebrities

I am purchasing free sms sites, They need to have search engine traffic, returning visitors, need to know all advertising you have done etc.

I am interested in niche content sites, I am interesting in buying alot of these if they are producing through search engines.

1. I would like Traffic statistics (Uniques)
2. I would like Search Strings
3. I would like Refferring Sites
4. I would like returning visitors, new visitors etc.
5. I would like any advertising stats that you have done even in the past 3 months.
6. I would like proof of revenue, for 2 months. If revenue is going down I would like 4 months.
7. I would like you to throw out a price. If I like the price you throw out I will ask you to put my analytics on your website for 2 days or open up a extremetracker.com account and put track your websites live. to make sure I'm not being stiffed nothing against anyone who throws out a website to me. There is just high fraud in the web.
8. If I do not like your price I will let you know and throw out a counter offer if you accept again revert to tracking for 2 days.

 

Hey, my friend your post is outrageous long and it has a lot of conditions to be fulfilled by the site but you do not give any ideea of how much are you going to pay: like x times monthly revenue.
I wonder if anyone even bothered to prepare such a detailed report about his site to give it to you and also the google analytics condition is kind of crap because you will lose the data from that days.
Anyway good luck with your buying, your post gave me a lot of ideas.

 

Agreed. There are so many posts from people with unrealistic expectations compared to the budget they actually have, that many won't even waste their time on such detailed expectations without a Budget listed.

JMO to help get some responses here. Myself included.
Of course this is your post, but a little communication about how REAL you are may gain a little more trust, and attention, that this is not another "I want a perfect site for $100" post.

I didnt think the details were a problem i want a site that is established and falling in one of the categories.
