I have been a SEO website owner now for 2 years and 6 months, my business does great, but I want to offer guaranteed SEO Services. I just don't see how rankpay does it. I mean they have proven methods and tactics, they are the first in the world for the term seo services. Even if you are a SEO guru, you know that even thinking about taking that term is border line crazy. How does anyone offer guaranteed SEO services? I can't even think of a method other than building 2k high pr websites and then placing a backlink on the home page. Even then this would only work on low to mid competition keywords and they would need to be relevant. The high competition would take many more tactics. I feel that I have been stuck on my methods to long. Yes I have ranked 1000's of keywords(mid competition) to the top and I have no clue how many low comp, but I have been hearing talk about many new methods that are upcoming. I want to stay as non bias as possible, because SEO is always changing. I would like to keep my business growing. Just when you think you know it all, something always changes. So lets talk Off Page SEO! What do you feel is the best tactic and why? Lets start off with some of the topics. Web 2.0 link wheels - Sure these work, but is it worth taking the time building a 50 to 70 linked wheel? Most of the 5 to 10 wheels never work unless you rank up each page for good keywords which takes a long time. These obviously don't work without unique content. I have built 1 very successful link wheel ever and that was with 68 links lol. I did take the time to rank up and grab keywords for 30 of the pages. Directory backlinks - Are these still the top method? I am a firm believer in directory backlinks, I use a list of 3250 directories all pr4 +. Pligg sites for backlinks? Do these really work anymore? I have a list of 13,000 pligg sites with a pr 3 +. Last I checked they are all active. Have I used them all no, but I used 1000's of them. Does anyone use software to submit to pligg sites? If so which? I personally do not and have never used any software, but If it really helps and I can make it look natural then it could be a possibility in the future lol. Forum link building with high pr sites that allow do follow links. What is you method of building a keyword without using html. Most do follow areas don't allow html in their comment area so you have to do something like this Example: keyword - http://www.example.com | description about the website. Does anyone know of a better way? This is pretty much the same method for twitter when you are trying to use keywords for links since you can't use html in it. Facebook link building - While many people think that Facebook is a direct source to googles spots, it isn't or is it? The main speaker for SEOMOZ has gone over this and studied this in depth, Matt Cutts has even announced in a private meeting that this also doesn't affect your ranking in anyway. They said that if you make a fan page and don't drive any traffic to it at all google will not index your website, because google doesn't scan facebook. So I tested this theory, i made a new facebook page and put a link in it. I then pinged it with only google servers. In 7 days I was indexed in google. Now if google doesn't scan facebook how did this work? Twitter Link building - Everyone knows that this is a great method if used correctly. I think that this is one of the most overused methods right now, but it works so why not use it lol. We all know in order for twitter to work you need to reach the firehose, if you don't reach it then you won't get a backlink. Methods for reaching it? I have every employee I have retweet every post, and we all have a nice following to followed ratio. Every account is right around 200 followed to 100k following. I have noticed about a 60% backlink increase from twitter since we have used these methods. So whats the best way to write a 140 texted line for a backlink? We use this #keyword #keyword - http://www.example.com | description #keyword Has anyone else tested another method that works better? Social bookmarking ? Worth the time? How many per day do you do? Other tactics? What do you use that works? Software you use? List some other tactics that you use please. I know there is more. We try not to use any black hat tactics at all. Everyone knows that this is hard not to do when they say black hat is posting to more than 3 sites per hour for 1 website lol. So other than that we use all white hat tactics. I hope that some can learn a little about SEO above if you are reading this. This is just 50% of the tactics I use to rank keywords, especially high comp keywords.
