I... +Submit Articles to Digg (Brings about 10 - 20 views per Submission) +Twitter (Brings me hardly any traffic) +Plurk (No Traffic) +Put my link in forums (No Traffic) +Comment on other blogs (Hardly any traffic) +Submit to Social Bookmarking (No Traffic) so is there something else I should be doing or am I doing everything wrong? SEO is definitely a good idea, but what also works great for me is credit based Safelist. If you have a compelling enough title people will open your email and besides they receive credits to view your website. I receive between 5 and 15 sign ups to my programs everytime I run a campaign. A good attention grabbing header like one that ask a question usually gets readers attention. Good Luck
Yeah you have no emphasis at all one building reliable backlinks to get some traffic from Google and Yahoo, I'd suggest tossing some directory submissions into the mix. Go grab an ebook on marketing, google will get you some decent free ones if you go a couple pages back to skip over all the SEO'd results
