It's not child porn but with all the sick people on the internet its not the kind of picture you want others to look at. There's a report abuse button at the bottom of the page. I hope it gets taken offline to protect the child.

 

I think people are confusing 'pornographic' with 'offensive' or 'inappropriate.'

The picture is NOT pornographic, and don't expect these parents to go to jail any time soon for that type of charge.

On the other hand, you may find it inappropriate, offensive, or maybe just dumb. It may be against Flickr's TOS.

Just don't confuse the two scenarios.

And whoever said they have 'butt' pictures of all their kids, I think that's pretty funny.

It might have been poor judgement putting this up on flickr, but it is not porn.

Back in the day that was OK to show to your friends, everyone would have said how cute it was. Now a days I wouldn't show that to anyone, just a sign of the times. I like the good old days, the future was brighter then.

 

It depends on how you 'view' it. But it is definitely not pornography in any sense of the term.
