I consider it porn .... i don't know what you think about it ...

but my opinion it's that it is a shame to post something like that on the internet ...

I don't know if I would class it as porn but if it was my child I certainly wouldn't post it on the internet..

Let me tell a story I have a pic of me on a rug nude bare butt nacked taken by a pro photographer from our town. I was about 2yr old. Who had this pic taken my Mother. Who did she show it to, every date I ever had that showed at the house, all of the family on my birthday and still shows it "going what a cute little girl you were".

Did it hurt me NO was it child porn NO.

I under stand their are creeps in this world and I am not defending them. But their is a point that people take stuff way to far.

Nude children and child porn are two different things.

I agree that this could be used by child predators.

 

So could ANY pic of ANY kid...that has nothing to do with whether it's child exploitation or not. I don't get the sense that it is, and I don't think it could be proven that it is.

There's a pic of me naked somewhere about the same age as this kid in the photo...and no, I was not sexually abused or exploited when I was a kid.

Not at all I'm sure lots of people including myself have similar stories thats what proud parents do, take photos of their childen. I have pictures of my own children messing about in the bath or at the seaside. There is nothing remotely sexual or pornographic about them, they are just captured moments in time but at the same time I wouldn't post them on the internet.

I agree.. My parents take pleasure showing pictures of me as a child to girlfriends, some of which I am naked, that doesn't make them pedophiles..

That's not child pornography. If you look through the photo album that the picture belongs to you will see many details of the child's life being documented with pictures. Even one on the toilet. She just happens to have a mom and dad who want to remember every single moment of her young life.

I agree i wouldn't want it posted on the Internet, but that is the choice of those parents. Maybe they wanted grandma and grandpa to be able to download the photo.

 

its correct that a sex offender can view the image with nasty mind but that is not child pornography because the intention of the parents are to share photo with clean mind with relatives or far away family members or just to document as others have said.

and I am pretty sure there's a good reason behind why the kid's parents are doing so. Because they seem to be simply having a memorable portfolio or sharing and the way they share and such, they're like good parents who have knowledge and wisdom to think.

my parents took pic of me too, just as cute baby only. so its natural.

 

I have 3 kids. I have "butt" pictures of all of them. I don't think there is anything wrong with them. However, I would NEVER, EVER post them ANYWHERE that a child molester/pedophiles/pervert/asshole could find them!!! In this day in age when you are aware of the number and frequency of child molestation cases and you hear all the time of these pedophiles being online how could you EVER put your childs picture out there. What if they become obsessed with your child? They are sick, sick people. What are these parents thinking?
