    According to what I read from different posts and other resources, here is my shot:

    For a 'webmaster forum' related website:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"    "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en">
    <head>
    <title>Webmaster forum - Forum for webmasters</title>
    <meta name="keywords" content="forum, webmasters, post, messages, threads, digital point, ozzu, webmasterworld, sitepoint, experts, newbies..." />
    <meta name="description" content="Forum for webmasters..." />
    </head>
    <body>
    <h1>Forum for webmasters</h1>
    Introduction: bla bla webmaster forum, bla bla bla, browse threads... bla bla bla forum with many members bla bla bla... webmaster tips and tricks, bla bla bla webmaster gurus, experts, lames and newbies...blabla bla The <b>webmaster forum</b>...

    <h2>Webmaster forum</h2>

    <u>Thread</u>
    <b>Post</b> your <b>message</b> here:
    ...
    Submit new thread in the forum, webmaster topic..

    </body>
    </html>

    Code (markup):
    You are welcome to add anything you think it's good to rank on Yahoo:)
    Shall we keep the keyword density up to 15 or 20% for 'webmaster forum'?

    Also once we are done with this page, I count on you guys to put a link to this page on your most ranked website:p

    Just make sure you have 'webmaster' and 'forum' in the url. That's all there's to it.

    That way it should be easy to get thousands of links with those words in the anchor text and then you will be number one. ;)
