All we know there are many directory sites on the net offering an option to submit your site for free but just a few of them will accept You if do you choose a free regular listing without reciprocal link.
Let's help to each other and send anyone one favourite directory with high PR and positive experiences.

PR6 directory site and always accepted my submitted sites within 1-3 days.

This is only for UK websites.
But I do not agree with your comment "few of them will accept You if do you choose a free regular listing without reciprocal link". I get pretty big number of backlinks from free directories.

If that's your site - the title is very confusing - I thought you meant the ODP / Dmoz. I'd try finding a name for it that is more of a seperate brand.

 

The ones on my list of web directories are good as well.

This is how I feel about free directories.... if they are free they will have thousands of junk sites submitted to them which will not only push your site to page infinity, but will devalue the site. However paid directories have fewer links but sites remain on spidered pages for much longer. I have another PR3 directory which is mainly paid only for only $8 dollars for a permanent listing and the sites remain on the front page longer:

Sure, taking a look at the AMRAY directory I see it is only PR4 with PR0 inner pages. Exactly my point, thanks However seeing that this is your directory I assume you are only using this opportunity to get free traffic to your small site via this topic, so you get points for that
