Lets look at this for one moment

    Hello
You may remember me from previous enquiries, one day i promise, i will give something back. When i first got into keyword selection, i was so green and fresh it was unbelievable.
I basically used the words from google adwords that were unique and low advertisement competition existed if any. I then paid an SEO specialist to optimise the website.
The trouble is, i've learnt now, that these words should never have been used because, they are in fact saturated in competition and they are now useless.
I'm asking for guidance, because i've paid a 3 figure sum to have this work carried out, and yet it was all for nothing. With 1 or 2 visitors a day and not one targetted visitor to date. My site is four months old.
I've looked on the pages in my files, yet i can't see were the optimised words have been placed, as i have new keywords now, after proper time and research, i've found the real deal, so i want to re-optimise myself.
I don't know where to begin, i use seriff 2 software to construct the sites i am building, though i can't see in on the bingo one, where i can place my words.

    Any ideas guys.

I feel i've wasted my whole SEO campaign, i must scrape something back.

Thank you, and the warmest of regards to you all

I am not begging for a massiah to come, but perhaps someone can overlook this and maybe point out the optimised areas that i can re-evaluate.

    Thank you

You seem to think that keywords are something you'll just stick somewhere in your code, and that'll do the job.
    It's not like that.
The keywords are the terms that people will use to find your site. It's what your site is about. Initially just target one 2 or 3 word phrase that absolutely sums up your site - check in keyword checking tools that this phrase IS what a significant number of people search for.
Then you try ro make it easy for a search engine to know that this is what your site is about by ensuring that your keywords are prominently placed in page titles, headings and in the text on your site.
You also need to have them as the anchor text for your backlinks - this is very important, the major search engines (i.e. google) still relies heavily on backlinks.
