    I think SEO is so hyped up, and is a booming market online. I mean think about it - everyone is trying to get their page SEO'ed, but only a few can bee shown on the first page in a search...There is never any guarantee that your page will be PR1. SE's change their algorithms frequently that once you think you got everything perfectly set up, they change their rules. Besides, age of the domain also plays a crucial role in SE positioning, which you have no control over...
