First of all you need to work on title and meta tags. Most of the pages are having same META DESCRIPTION Tags. Then start working on directory submissions and article submissions.
1. Please fill up the gap coming bet. the center content and the footer. It's been made by the right block. Make your site more professional and fill up the gaps. 2. Use proper meta tags. 3. Title for all the pages. Don't repeat the title or don't repeat the part of the title like the title in the home page and the inner pages. 4. Content should be unique. 5. You had used the exact content in elance.com and other sites i guess. Don't use your unique content for other websites. Google can consider it as a duplicate content. 6. /robots.txt 7. use proper <h1><h2><h3> tags and to hide the size of the fonts increased by them use style sheet. 8. Good navigation should be there. 9. Keyword Rich content should be there. 10. after you finished all this... then search for the niche directory and the sites and go for the backlinks to these niche sites with your keyphrase anchored with your desired url. <a href="http://yoursite.com">Keyphrase</a> This basic SEO will do the trick.
