Hi guys, we all know that in paypal's TOS they have shown that an unverified paypal user will be able to transact below $500 every month. But the fact is once you make withdrawal or sending of 500$ paypal never lifts the limit until you verify your account with a credit card (some guys are making this with the help of vcc too) Does anybody here was allowed to withdraw/send more than $500 without verifying your account?? I was having a business and personal account. Business was a verified one and personal was not. So this problem I do faced in my personal account. Another thing - just now i have read in another thread that even for verified paypal users they won't lift the limits once they have used their paypal for transactions (sending ) of $25000 and withdrawal of 25000 USD. Is it? I never knew this. If things are like this why paypal shows in their TOS that the limits are for per month?? Any Idea? Please do share your experience, this will help me and the others to make it clear.. Many thanks for that !!
Oh I didn't know that. Thanks for telling me. I have a really bad experience with Paypal too. They took my money a few times.
For unverified PayPal limit is for $500 per month either for withdrawing or for sending but for business PayPal limit is bit higher even for unverified paypal. I didn't get what are you tying to say by this? If after sending $25000 from PayPal, how come they didn't lift the limits? Can you clear on this?
HEY IF YOU remove all 500 then do that and if you keep $10 to 20 in this account then your limit is not stopped and you get every month $500 limit i have been doing this for last 3 months i never got this notice to verify ot limit it
Hey are you trying to say that if we send/withdraw $480 per month and not $500 we will get $500 limit every month otherwise it will be until we get it verified?
Friend, if you verify your paypal account by linking your credit card - you will upgraded to send 25000$ per month and you can withdraw the same amount too. Paypal has told that every month you can do the same. But in another thread I have read that..they will never lift this limit once you reach this limit. Hope it's clear now..
Dude he is talking about personal PayPal account, but if you will have premier or business paypal accounts limit will be more then this rather I believe it will be unlimited.
This will happen to me also, so i send many mails to them regarding this, they simply said you have to get verfied, i have no choice at that time, so i go for VCC to get verfied my acc. But i have no idea about $25000 for personal account maximum limit, is somethink to think about it.
Interesting that I was talking about this earlier today. There is a limit. Nobody knows though. Just call paypal yourself and find out!
No you're not allowed to do so. But if you want to withdraw, you can sent it from your personal to biz account.
yeah, that's it. They are giving a lifetime limit like $500. Didn't hear anything against this statement yet from any other members..
Even i have heard that this 500$ limit is for lifetime , they dont make it normal every month. so the best option is to verify the a/c either by cc or else with vcc
But still there is a problem.. That they are not lifting again the limit from 25000 i heard.. Why they do like this?
I don't think that's true if you use a verified Premier or Business account. There are many people who do hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of business through PayPal with no problem. I don't know what the limits are for a Personal account, but if you are using your account to earn money, you shouldn't be using a Personal account anyway. (and that post you are citing actually refers to $2.5k or $2500, not $25000)
No, its not that, Business Accounts don't have these limitations. We were telling about personal accounts. As you know business accounts are accompanied with pretty big fees..
Actually the fees are now the same no matter what kind of account you have. They seem to have caught on that people were doing business with their personal accounts. (And you can definitely make a fee-free Personal gift using your Premiere account, because I've done it) https://www.paypal.com/ph/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-fees-outside https://cms.paypal.com/ph/cgi-bin/m...&content_ID=ua/FeesPolicy_full&locale.x=en_US
