If I was a buyer I would want details on the links that are providing the PR and a gaurantee they would remain for a long period of time.

Whenever I see a thread of PR5+ bid directory, I tend to assume it's a dropped domain directory.

Only few bid directories with PR5+ actually started with unique domains ;)

Considering the # of backlinks, the site doesn't really have any value. You can only sell to those who have no idea about site built with a dropped domain. Only newbies would buy sites like this. ;)

Do you really think it is a drop domain huh? i just change the whole site and the script before has PR5 and PR4 pages but its not a bidding directory script thats why our programmers made custom built script for it. try to research more on this domain its just registered "Created: 2007-03-08" along with all my PR6 directories. I just dont have much time with this site lately so it isnt become established.

    Well its your opinion

Well, if you change the site so dramatically, you won't keep the current PR. So, it's still as bad as a dropped domain.

The backlinks still tell the story. Even if it's a dropped domain or modified site, if not many backlinks from high PR, then I don't consider it to be something worth to buy.

    Yeah whatever.

i think the PR will drop to 5 OR 4. i think i will just start to promote this website and just make it a establish bidding directory

This the way to go then by the time being, your directory will be worth to buy.

With the google update coming up, I recommend that you start selling on the site. I think regardless of how low your backlinks are, with a PR6 like you have, you definitely will be getting large amounts of bids especially if you start your bid at a very low price.

    Build your traffic!

    :) Good luck..
